First look

Are you doing a first look? The first look takes place before the ceremony, if bride and groom want to see each other (or bride wants to do a first look with dad (add 1/2 hour to getting ready). This can be followed by the immediate family and bridal party portraits (add extra time). This also allows you to enjoy some of your cocktail hour. If both, please allow 2.5 hours of pre-ceremony coverage.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please be sure to discuss the timeline with your DJ prior to submitting this form - to confirm that the package you selected is sufficient to get all the reception festivities that you'd like to see captured.

Please email a family groupings list to us prior to the wedding. Also provide a copy to a family member to call guests up day of so photographers can focus on posing and taking the pictures, allowing you max time for the romantic session.

For packages 4 hours or greater, please be sure venue knows to provide hot dinner meals for the photographer(s) and videographer (if applicable). It's best for them to be served at the same time as bride and groom, so that they are ready to take pictures and not miss any important moments.

Event will be posted to Zenfolio with DIGITAL DOWNLOAD CAPABILITY in high resolution. Please download the images to a hard drive or USB for preservation.

The studio will only keep your images for one year after event is posted.

CINEMATOGRAPHY: This is a work of art that takes 8-10 weeks to deliver. Delivery is in MP4 download. Please save this film to a usb or external hard drive. Keep a copy in a safe place. Final film is only kept for 90 days. after delivery.

ALBUMS: Ordering an album is an important process. Just put your favorites in a folder on Zenfolio. The beautiful custom albums are ordered through the studio, not Zenfolio. Please do not order a design on the Zenfolio site. Once folder of favorite images is done, then email us any editing instructions We will email a quote. If accepted, we design the album for you and supply a proof for approval.

We want to make sure that your timeline allows adequate time for each segment of the day and ensure that we have enough time to capture all the images that matter. Our experienced photographers will do their best to tell your wedding day story but if there is a special image that you want - be sure to let them know. Please sign and return this form to us no later than 30 days before the wedding so we can share with our photographer (s) and/ or videographer.

PLEASE DON'T HESITATE TO CALL THE STUDIO TO DISCUSS THE TIMELINE PRIOR TO SUBMITTING IT.

* PHOTOGRAPHY

If you would like to"getting ready coverage" start time would be 1 1/2 hours prior to the ceremony. If you plan to do a first look with groom or dad, allowing 2 hours.

If you would like to get bridal or family photos done before the ceremony, start time would be 2 1/2 hours prior to the ceremony.

** VIDEOGRAPHY

Our videographer needs 1/2 hour of set up time - to set up and get establishing shots prior to starting with bride or groom so this would need to be accounted for in the package you choose.

HELPFUL HINTS:

Please assign a member of the bridal party or family to make sure necessary family members stay for photos.

Please have family and friends to refrain from photographing while we photograph– so eyes don't look in different directions. You will receive all the photos and can share, so they should just enjoy.

IMPORTANT: FOR PACKAGE 4 HOURS OR MORE, PLEASE LET THE EVENT PLANNER KNOW TO PROVIDE MEALS FOR US– BEST TO SERVE THE MEAL AT THE TIME YOU ARE SERVED (so we are ready to take pictures when you are).
