Up The Creek Farms is one of our favorite places to photograph at, especially if the model is a gorgeous mommy-to-be, and a whole team of talented vendors comes together to make something so creative and unforgettable! The vintage feel of this session is perfectly shown through all the gorgeous details, flower arrangements, and beautiful furniture.
